Cancellation Policy

Please note, upon cancellation initiated by the end user your trading will cease immediately. This means you must close any open positions/orders the bot has created for you manually through the web interface originally provided by the exchanged being traded on. We are not responsible for any open positions or orders left open due to a user initiated account cancellation.

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.
